The neighborhood
Lakeview is really several neighborhoods in one: Lakeview East along the lake, Wrigleyville around the ballpark, the Southport Corridor with its shops and restaurants, and Northalsted, the historic center of Chicago's LGBTQ+ community.
It's dense, walkable and well served by transit, with Belmont Harbor and the lakefront on its eastern edge.
