Old Town

Some of the city's oldest residential blocks, with cottages and rowhouses a short walk from downtown.

01

The neighborhood

Old Town grew around a community of German immigrants in the mid-1800s. Wells Street is the main strip and home to The Second City.

The Old Town Triangle holds narrow streets of carefully kept historic homes, and each June the Old Town Art Fair fills them.
